Probably one of my most favorite and treasured things about getting older is the fact that all of our friends have children or are starting to have children. Nothing makes my heart smile more than getting to celebrate our children’s milestones within my circle of friends.

And we celebrated with our friends, Courtney and Brian, and their adorable son, Benjamin!
Benjamin had a BIG birthday…he turned ONE!

Courtney had an adorable theme…under the sea, which was planned all around Benjamin’s oh-so-cute smocked long all (hey, you have to have a theme, right?)!
It was actually a little rain-y and gloom-y, but that didn’t stop us from having lots of fun! Courtney had the cutest sea-themed decorations, lots of yummy grub, and tons of activities for the kiddos!

Annie Louise tried multiple times to take a dip in the kiddie pools…which was unfortunate because it was cloudy and kind of chilly! She loved playing in the water table and chasing bubbles with all of Benjamin’s friends!
We had an absolute blast with our dear friends, and we can’t wait to celebrate again!
